Provided project management and led User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a critical voice migration project at a major financial institution, executed rapidly during the initial stages of the COVID-19 pandemic (Spring 2020). The primary driver was the urgent need to enable remote work for the trading desk teams while adhering to strict financial compliance regulations.
The project involved migrating traders’ voice communications from traditional, registered PSTN telephony lines on NICE architecture onto Skype for Business (SfB) with Verint-Verba recording solution.
Despite the significant operational challenges posed by widespread lockdowns and geographically dispersed teams across Paris (France), Trieste, and Milan (Italy), the project was managed effectively to ensure timely delivery. Rigorous UAT processes were conducted to guarantee the solution’s reliability and meet the demanding needs of the trading business.
