Led a critical data migration project for of legacy voice PSTN recording.
The objective was to decommission an aging NICE recorder infrastructure while ensuring continued access to historical PSTN conversation data and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

The project followed a strategic, phased approach. Initially, access to the legacy NICE recordings for research and playback was facilitated through the deployment of the SaraWeb application. Subsequently, the initiative focused on centralizing these historical recordings into the existing Verint-Verba compliance platform.

This consolidation unified voice recording data within the current Verint-Verba repository, eliminating the costs and overhead with extra licenses needed for the required data archiving period. The successful migration ensured seamless data accessibility and ongoing compliance with CONSOB regulations.
