Contributed to the IT integration workstream following the onboarding of an asset management company specializing in greenfield energy transition infrastructure investments into a major financial services group.
The objective was to efficiently and securely integrate the new company’s employees and operations into the group’s standard IT environment.

Key responsibilities within the IT stream included:

• Provisioning standardized employee hardware (laptops/desktops).
• Deploying the group’s standard corporate operating system image, including the approved security software stack (endpoint protection, secure access agents, etc.), ensuring compliance with group policies.
• Managing the allocation and tracking of necessary software licenses for the onboarded personnel.
• Executing the migration of user mailboxes and related data to the group’s central Microsoft Exchange Online platform.

This effort ensured that employees from the newly onboarded company could operate effectively and securely within the group’s IT infrastructure from the start, aligning with the corporate standards and security policies.
