Contributed to the IT and Infrastructure workstream supporting the onboarding of CMISL (subsequently renamed Lumyna), a leading alternative investments fund platform, following its divestiture from a major global investment bank. This complex transition required establishing a new independent IT environment for Lumyna.

A core component of the project, executed in close collaboration with the divestiture and Lumyna’s IT team, was the migration of the entire legacy IT environment from the seller’s infrastructure onto a new platform hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Beyond the AWS migration, responsibilities within the IT stream included scouting, evaluating, and proposing suitable corporate cellular service plans for the new entity, and integrating key employee services, such as third-party HR SaaS portals, into the target environment. The overall goal was to ensure Lumyna had a fully functional, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure operating independently on AWS post-transition, within the group infrastructure.
