Managed and implemented a modern software development automation infrastructure tailored for the Quantitative (“Quant”) teams within the investment banking division of a major financial group.
This initiative established a new standard based on Gerrit for code reviews and utilized Jenkins for automating crucial compilation and validation checks.

A significant part of the project involved migrating legacy code repositories to a unified Git version control system, making the codebase accessible and manageable for the engineering teams.

Beyond the technical implementation, the mission included coaching the software engineering teams through the transition. This involved providing comprehensive training and support on the new platform, toolchain (Gerrit, Jenkins, Git), and associated development processes to ensure effective adoption and operational efficiency.
