We brought into a centralized view thousands of checks which cover the datacenter infrastructure and constantly report on service availability and performances. Custom plugins have been developed to tailor the need of the customer to report on some business specific API and applications.

The Operations support team is then able to detect quickly any anomaly and respond to the incident in a timely manner, ensuring the SLAs are met.
